Foods with a high glycemic index are linked to acne – because when you eat a lot of this kind of food, your body experiences an increase of glucose and insulin levels.  A body with a low glycemic diet has 50% fewer accounts of acne. Switch to whole grain options, instead, because they’re high in antioxidants and are anti-inflammatory.
