Oatmeal Cookie Smoothie
- 1 scoop vanilla protein powder
- ¼ cup rolled oats, uncooked
- 1 cup unsweetened vanilla almond milk
- 1 tsp. vanilla extract
- ¼ tsp. cinnamon
- 1/8 tsp. nutmeg
- Ice – to desired consistency
Preparation: Combine all ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth.
