16 Ounces of Prevention

Ingredients:Makes 2 servings

  • 1 small bet
  • 2pears, cored and seeded
  • ½ head romaine lettuce (about 8 – 10 leaves)
  • 1 cup spinach, tightly packed
  • 1 –inch piece ginger, peeled

Preparation:

  1. Wash and prepare all ingredients
  2. Juice all ingredients
