Blueberry and Mango Smoothie  Ingredients: 200 ml (organic goat- or soy-) yogurt 1 handful frozen blueberries 1 handul frozen mango 1 tbs beepollen 1 tbs goji berries Preparation: Blend it all together. If you want it to be (even) more filling – add 1/2 cup of raw oats or almonds. Enjoy!
